Our application provides features including digital business profiles, AI chatbot, contact management, sales automation, and data integrations — built upon the InCard platform.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information (e.g., name, email, phone number).

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • Unauthorized access to your account may result in suspension or termination.

4. TikTok Integration

When using our integration with TikTok:

  • We do not store or use TikTok user data beyond what you authorize.

  • Data collection and processing strictly comply with TikTok’s Developer Policies.

  • We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

  • TikTok reserves the right to review and approve our app. These Terms are required as part of that approval process.

5. Data Collection & Use

We collect information as described in our Privacy Policy:

  • Information you provide: name, email, phone, profile photo, company details, payment information.

  • Automatically collected information: device data, browser type, IP address, usage logs, cookies.

  • Third-party sources: sign-in via Google/Facebook, CRM integrations, etc.

Purpose of use:

  • To provide and improve the Services, personalize user experience, process transactions, provide support, send notifications, and comply with legal obligations.

  • We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Data Sharing

We may share data only with:

  • Service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing).

  • When required by law.

  • With your explicit consent.

All third-party partners are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, they will be submitted to a competent court in Vietnam.
